Hunteck Semiconductor is dedicated to the development, design, and manufacturing of power semiconductor MOSFETs. We utilize the cutting-edge SGT (Super Junction) technology in power technology and continuously focus on research and development to improve our products, surpass existing specifications, and advance in the latest processes. Our mission is to create MOSFETs with the lowest on-resistance, minimal switching losses, smallest package size, and highest efficiency. We offer a complete product line of SGT MOSFETs ranging from 250V to 30V, as well as conventional trench P-channel and N-channel MOSFETs ranging from 150V to 20V. We also provide wafer sales. Hunteck Semiconductor constantly strives for lower on-resistance, minimal switching losses, and higher CP values. In addition to our stable production of SGT MOSFETs, we have also introduced a new generation of Super Junction/IGBT/SiC/Gan MOSFET products, which are entering mass production. We are continuously working hard to accumulate technology, improve product efficiency, and enhance the competitiveness of our products.
